Gabled End Window Cover Strips
I just wanted to post this close up of the gabled end window to show the coverstrips I'm using to hide the workings of the window. I've still got alot of filling but I'll do that along with all the rest before the painting starts in ernest.

The Tiny House Roof Apex/Skylight Shade
The steel for the top of the roof arrived the other day, so I could get to work on finishing the exterior of the build, the apex is going to be modula, so that it can be broken up and fitted in sections, this allowed me to hot dip galvanise them as the vat is small. This also means the finish will be the same as the t-washed corregated steel and the steel windows. I've welded up the main structure, but spent a morning making up different slats and tryng out different setups,

Shepherds Huts Pine Flooring
After having the dehumidifyer on for a week the place had dried out enough for me to fit the pine flooring, the plan is to paint them, and leaving a sizable gap between boards (2-3mm) so I'm fixing them with screws which will mean no sweaking and a solid fit. I also made sure to have a double lining of inpermenable membrane underneath to keep the water out of the base. Before I can start putting in the rest of the f

Tiny House pocket door!
I welded up the steel walls and then clad them with OS board to give some extra strength. The whole wall had to be built out to allow enough room for the roller bar and pocket door, it was then clad again in OS board to strengthen it up. The match boarding will then be pinned to this to give the finish. I've also decided that it would be better to have a internal glass window above the bathroom door to allow light into the bathroom, which along with its reletivly large size f
